Trouble Locating Your Credit Profile

The offers that you see on CardMatch™ are offered by our banking partners at specific dates and times. Sometimes there are no offers available that match your credit profile and you will receive the "trouble locating credit file" message.

Our credit bureau partner TransUnion may have trouble finding your report because:
  • You've moved in the last six months and your new address hasn't been updated with our credit bureau partner
  • Your information was put in incorrectly
  • Our credit bureau partners are having trouble locating your credit profile
