Account Setup: Existing WalletUp or Score & Report Mobile Users

If you're an existing WalletUpWallet, or Score & Report by user, sign in with your existing login credentials.

You'll still need to provide some additional personal information to access your credit report:
  • First and last name
  • Home address
  • Date of birth
  • Last four digits of your Social Security number

Once you've entered this data, click Accept and Continue.

If TransUnion can successfully locate your credit file with the data you provided, you'll receive a set of three verification questions to answer. These questions are items you can find on your credit report like monthly payment amounts of loans, cities you have lived in, etc. You have five minutes to answer all three questions. 

If TransUnion cannot locate your credit file, you may need to provide your full 9-digit social security number. If you have recently moved (within the last 6 months) you may need to provide your previous home address, as it is possible that your credit report has not been updated with your new address yet.

After answering the first set of 3 questions, you may receive an additional set of 1-3 questions for further verification. You have another five minutes to answer these questions.

Once you've answered the questions successfully, you will be taken to your Dashboard, where you can view your credit score and access your full credit report.

If you cannot answer the questions in the provided time or answered them incorrectly, you will not be able to access your credit score and report. Please contact support for assistance. You may also contact TransUnion directly at 1-800-916-8800.
